Won by the Poll Boonoke Stud in 2014 and 2015, it was exciting to be a final three contender in the Riverina Wool Australian Champion Hogget Ram class at the 2016 Hay Sheep Show, with Poll Boonoke 150026 the Best in State Hogget Ram for NSW.
Wanganella and Poll Boonoke had 2 rams each in the initial line up of 44 rams of the highly competitive Riverina Wool Australian Champion Hogget Ram competition. The 2 Wanganella rams and 1 Poll Boonoke ram made it through the first cut back to 15 rams and then W150610 and PB150026 remained in the final 6 line up.
Poll Boonoke 150026 was sired by Poll Boonoke 130028, the 2014 Riverina Ram of the Year.
